​The Gidgegannup cross country course is available for hire.

HOW TO BOOK
1. Check availability of your preferred dates, by contacting Jan by text or phone on 0402 760 860. 

2. Before you consider the booking final, get confirmation that your dates have been accepted.

3. Complete an online booking and payment form BEFORE arriving at the grounds.

4. Clean up after yourself before you leave the grounds.

Conditions of Use
  • Every rider must complete an online disclaimer/payment form prior to arriving at the grounds EVERY TIME THEY USE THE COURSE even if they've completed one in the past. This is our record of use for insurance purposes.
  • There is a $30 cost per rider.
  • A clinic booking fee applies for qualified instructors holding a clinic for 6 or more riders which will be advised by Jan at time of enquiry.
  • All riders MUST be a member of either the EWA or PCWA.
  • All riders need to be accompanied by a responsible person – just in case something goes wrong.
  • Riders riding under PCWA Insurance can only book the course if they have a NCAS registered instructor with them.
  • Riders and instructors MUST inspect/check the jumps are safe – prior to using them.
  • Any X-C obstacles damaged during use must be reported. 
  • Please use the track behind the stables and park floats in the START paddock as other clubs may be using the other facilities at the grounds.
  • Speed limit around the course and grounds is strictly 10kms.
  • Toilets up the hill past the cattle yards are always open.
